Sun'n Fun 2005

Sun'n Fun fly-in: April 14, 2005:
The first annual "WEBMASTERS SUN-N-FUN BBQ" was a great success thanks to hosts Mark, David & Jon, webmasters of www.ch601.org and www.ch701.com

Sun'n Fun 2005 Designer Chris Heintz at the BBQ
Camping trip Frequent flyer David Smith of Graham, Washington wrote:

"My son and I love our 701. We have almost 400 hours on it in a year and a half."

Photo from builder Bruce Carr of Australia:
"...a STOL CH 701 being used for what was it was designed for: I had a friend with a 701 visit at my home strip. The strip is only 290 ft. long with a uphill gradient of 8 degrees.  After landing no brakes were used and we had to actually use some power to get to the position where the plane is parked."

"The Zenith literature package is easily the most complete package I have received from any light aviation company, and I’ve seen many other good ones among the hundreds I have studied. Lots and lots of information is presented with some lovely graphics. The literature alone is impressive, but the volume of information will keep you reading for hours. You can get a good idea of what you're buying without ever leaving your chair."
