Glenn Woolston's STOL CH 701
(Waterport, NY):
The Big Box arrived in June 2002 and I completed the kit in 15 months. I
practiced taxiing up and down the runway until I felt confident with it
on the ground. I waited for a windless morning and just took off. After
reaching about 3000 feet, I practiced some slow flight and getting the
feel of it, and I landed safely. Whoopee-it flies!!! I really enjoyed
the experience.

Elmer Webster's STOL CH 701,
as featured in the July 2009 issue of
Kitplanes
magazine (Completions, page 70): "Take two winters of evenings and
weekends, add the engineering genius of Chris Heintz, and stir in a few
dollars. The result is N701ET, a really tough little sport flier! The
Zenith CH 701 kit was a snap to build and the easiest plane to fly I've
ever seen..." |

Júlio
Marques Vieira of Brazil and his two Land Rovers:
"Now
I am lifting parachutes with my Zenair 701, and soon I plan to pull
glider planes. I hope also to construct a 801 soon. You can see some
photos at:

"The
Zenith literature package is easily the most complete package I
have received from any light aviation company, and I’ve seen
many other good ones among the hundreds I have studied. Lots and
lots of information is presented with some lovely graphics. The
literature alone is impressive, but the volume of information will
keep you reading for hours. You can get a good idea of what you're
buying without ever leaving your chair." |
